• Worked in Virtual Experts Platform Collaboration Team which work on improving the lives of our customers and experts by building Contact Center Platforms, NextGen collaboration capabilities, and orchestrating seamless customer support experiences. Worked on Conversation Framework which is backbone of chat support capabilities for products of Intuit (TurboTax and QuickBooks). We provide seamless customer chat support experiences through chatbot and connect them to live agents if needed. Also work on Triton messaging framework which is replacement for conversation framework.

• This project aimed to figure out possible techniques that can be implemented to detect frauds during a video call. We tried to build deep learning based model to identify fake images of person. First Images were pre-processed with anisotropic diffusion and we experimented with Inception and ResNet models to classify them.
