With over 10 years of experience across IT, non-IT, and leadership hiring, I have managed recruitment across various domains and geographies—including product engineering, software R&D, IT projects, and marketing. I have successfully hired talent in multiple countries such as Singapore, Australia, Japan, and India. Additionally, I have led and mentored teams of recruiters and coordinators, overseeing recruitment drives, online assessments, and interview processes.
