• As part of the Global Strategy and Operations recruitment team, my primary focus was hiring top-notch internal consultants for all verticals within Revolut.
• I spearheaded the hiring process on a global scale, with candidates sourced from various countries, including India, the United Kingdom, Spain, Germany, France, Portugal, Ireland, and Poland.
• Took the lead in managing the complete recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and Revolut.
• Transitioned to the Growth team, playing a key role in filling numerous growth-centric roles across Europe.

• About: Passion Connect is a Blume Venture incubated talent unit, which exclusively caters to the Talent needs of startups funded by Blume ventures.
• Role:
• Hired to set up the Product hiring vertical for Passion Connect. Started with hiring software developers while setting and ramping up the Product hiring vertical.
• Hired product managers across all levels across Blume's portfolio startups (seed funded all the way to late stage startups)
• Sole recruiter for product roles (Product managers + designers)
• Led end-to-end recruitment lifecycle of candidates across a wide array of requirements.
• Worked directly and closely with the co-founders on their requirements.
• Notable mentions:
• Established a revenue generating vertical for Product
• Overachieved revenue targets both years.
• Placed 2 product heads (2/3 largest billings in Passion Connect history as of then) in late stage startups
• Won recruiter of the Month award for the competition held.
• Helped organize the first Hackathon by Blume Ventures.

• Scope:
• Sole responsibility of hiring and setting up support function across multiple locations. Verticals included Human resources (operations + Recruitment) , Finance and Admin Operations.
• Hired and closed positions right from Junior executives all the way up to AVP level.
• Worked directly with the CFO on closing key hires within lowest possible TAT.
• Worked with CXO bracket on hiring specific roles around Business Operations and analytics.
• Notable mentions:
• One of the 2 interns hired as a full time employee amongst a batch of 10.
• Closed 104 positions within first year (highest record across Toppr, all candidates were self sourced).
• Awarded 'Toppr Claps' appreciation award for exceptional performance.
• Hired and placed candidates across 23 Business Units across India.
• Set up core support function team across both headoffices.

• Joined a batch of 10 interns, focused on recruitment across multiple functions at a junior level (finance, sales, MIS)
• Worked on end-to-end recruitment cycle
• Supported various recruiters across business unites on sourcing and co-ordination.

• Only intern to have undertaken assignments beyond recruitment.
• Undertook a project to organize and streamline all missing candidate data (KYC) in a particular business unit.
• Led the implementation and execution of a new hiring step for sales across every busines unit (UCAT test)
• Moved across 2 business units to solve for branch level problem statements.
