• VPP Refactor: I led the refactoring of the Payment microservice, enhancing its performance to handle smoother transactions and improved concurrency. We transitioned from Stripe to Chargebee, optimizing the entire billing process. I was the point of contact (POC) for integrating the billing module on the frontend, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Elasticsearch Migration: I spearheaded the rearchitecting of the frontend document listing module, migrating from a REST API-based system to Elasticsearch. This overhaul allowed for faster, more efficient document retrieval and introduced a reusable table architecture. The table dynamically adjusts its data and elements based on document types while maintaining a consistent UI. Additionally, I implemented lazy loading, enabling the system to load documents in batches of 30, significantly improving performance and scalability.
• Localization POC: I conducted a successful proof of concept (POC) for localization, laying the groundwork for expanding SignEasy's reach to global markets by supporting multiple languages and regional settings.
• AI Labs: Transitioning into the AI Labs team, I focused on researching and developing generative AI applications in the contractual space. My key contribution was building the AI panel for SignEasy, a cutting-edge feature that provides contract summaries, key points extraction, and a question/answering system for uploaded PDF contracts. This innovation has significantly enhanced the way users interact with and understand their contracts.

This solution was built to handle all the functionalities of each module within the application. Leveraging the plug-and-play concept, I developed over 40 custom components that allowed the solution to be adapted to 14 different brands, catering to both B2B and B2C markets. Each brand required selective features, which were efficiently managed using Webpack to isolate styles and functionalities. This modular approach enabled rapid deployment and scaling of the platform across various brands, ensuring consistent performance and a tailored user experience for each client.
• In-Store Hybrid Application for BMW: Enhanced customer experience in BMW showrooms by developing a kiosk-based application. The app facilitated customer registration and assigned service agents via live communication using WebSocket technology.
