I am a technologist having experience on a wide spectrum in IT Industry. Started my carrier as a Software Engineer in TCS with DB in support role ,then moved on to development in FX Trading. Later joined Apple through TCS, where I worked in Oracle,Unix and Autosys development, interacted with business directly and got to know their perspective. Moved on to join ANZ, where I have been working on the Compliance side in FATCA and AML for Customer Screening & Transaction Monitoring. I have also been leading a team of Engineers with one of the highest engagement scores in my division. Through my experience in corporate industry and interests, I realised that it should be the people who drive technology and not the opposite.
