• Handpicked was our foray into gourmet & specialty groceries. Part of the team since inception, my role involved working with the biz lead (Alok Jain) to scope the opportunity, create blueprints on GTM, org design and build the core team. Post launch, I worked with the function leads to build the roadmap across product, growth, assortment and ops, steering the business towards PMF. On the other side, I would collaborate with the biz sponsors to define our stage-gates and success metrics.

• Labs was born out of a vision to supercharge innovation at Swiggy, and a belief that while it is impossible to predict the future, with a prepared mind and a focus on real-world experimentation, it is possible to build it. Labs was a sandboxed environment to build our most breakthrough ideas, with the speed and agility of a startup. The goal was to spawn the next set of bets for Swiggy and my role involved identifying the most promising opportunities that could drive discontinuous improvement in topline, bottomline or CX.

• I joined Swiggy at a time we were looking to foray beyond food delivery. My role involved leading cross functional teams to launch some of our big bets like Swiggy Daily (homestyle meals subscription), Takeaway (self-pickup at restos), Food Court (corporate cafeteria digitisation)

• Carnot is an automotive IOT startup I co-founded in 2015 with the mission of building world-class hardware products in India. Our first product was a connected car platform - a Fitbit for the car to help car-owners monitor their vehicle with a tap on their phones. Our vision was to build a connected car ecosystem where auto services players in insurance, after-market services etc. could engage with car-owners digitally using our app. We were backed by Sandeep Tandon, Kunal Shah, Qualcomm and Mahindra. Carnot is now part of the Mahindra group and we're powering their agri-tech platform Krish-e.

• Worked as a consultant on case teams that were advising CEOs and leaders on key strategic issues. Worked across a wide range of sectors spanning auto, energy, financial services and private equity. My fav projects involved working with the DIPP (apex planning body of PMO) in planning the Startup India initiative, and the Gates Foundation / Acumen on a study in Agri where we helped understand how to drive adoption of innovation in smaller holder farming. I was offered a promotion at the end of my 2 year stint, however at which point I decided to venture out and start up.

• Nominated by the Deans to lead the student mentor program - instituted as a support system for the campus community. Led a team of 100 mentors to guide the incoming batch of freshmen and manage programs for academic support and rehab for the broader student community. I also served as a student representative in key policy making bodies at IIT Bombay.

• Worked across key projects in refrigerator design to help reduce fan and compressor noise signature & optimise manufacturing cost.

• I worked with the team over 4 years at IIT Bombay across roles in engineering and management. In my final year I led the 60-member team to build an electric vehicle development arm. We developed India’s first student built electric race car and competed at Formula Student, a leading student motorsports event held at the Silverstone Formula 1 Circuit in the UK.
