• Worked on NLP-hardship project where the objective wasto detect the expression of hardship in customer’s call transcript and response from specialist
• Built an unsupervised fuzzy word match algorithm for detection of intent from cluster of words / themes which were made using word2vec model
• Got coverage rate of 75% and F1 score of 63 %, which helps American Express to target customers facing hardship and enrol them to some special plans
• Used attention based encoder-decoder model to build transcript cleaner from scratch in pytorch ,It Improved readability of transcripts by many folds

• 1)Due to large data and complex steps, I build my own VBA application to get the desired results.
• 2)Analyse those results and build a model which detects the major cause of BBD.
• The whole project was highly appreciated by COCA-COLA team and my VBA based application is now used for further analysis by them.
