• At AI Talent Australia, I'm elated to have established and been responsible for AI Ventures' program driven approach to attract great AI tech founders & CXOs to Australia's home of AI Technology. Through the accelerated creation of Australia's fully virtual global AI Incubator post-COVID, AI Ventures is now investing in more startups than ever before. Key to this was assembling the best AI mentor groups in the country and early stage AI investors across the world, along with scouting for early-stage AI founders, which was all a first for AI Ventures.

• As a lead program manager at AI Australia (parent company of AI Ventures), I was heading Australia's fully virtual global AI-startup Incubator initiated and launched amid COVID disruption.
• AI Ventures Incubator is an intense 12-week program tailored towards early-stage AI-based start-ups. The program is designed to equip founders with expertise, knowledge, and a supportive network of mentors to help kickstart their entrepreneurial journey and be prepared to go for their first capital raise.
• I led the design and delivery of the program along with the management of incubation of AI startups, and establishment of agile working environment.
