• Cybersrishti is the name of our technical fest that is being organized annually. All the hubs of the college come together and organizes various tech events (ECE department, CS department, biotechnology department) to create awareness related to their streams. Students from all over the India are allowed to participate in our events and they get an opportunity to win cash prizes up to 2.5Lakhs. My role was to design the whole event, for ex- dealing with all the hubs, allocating budget to the hubs, giving them time slots, making sure that events are being played with honesty, taking care of the chief guests, bringing sponsorships (Red bull, Rio, Haristo, Gralit India Biotech, Sandwedges, Domino's, etc are some of the sponsors I brought), marketing their products offline (banners, posters and flexes throughout the college) and online (promoting the brands through the official page of Cybersrishti and running ad campaigns for them) in return for their monitary support.

• My vision behind this initiative was to help those who have ideas and skills, but didn't have any financial support. why should the budding minds compromise with their dreams? just because they don't have an investment to make them come true. Why should students have that fear of getting their ideas leaked if they go and pitch it in front of the investors? I pitched a proposal to the Intellectual property rights and patenting committee of the college and one of my dearest and very supportive professor Dr. Sudha Srivastava and Late. Dr. Padam Kumar (Dean R&D). The idea was to help those with the appropriate ideas and skills in getting an investment or either helping them in filing patent. We contacted several government bodies like - DRDO, ISRO, Atal Innovation Foundation & MSME and we formed a panel of experts who would be evaluating their ideas/prototypes of the students in a closed room presentation, so that the ideas don't get leaked. Honestly, I was so proud that I started this initiative and now, 3 students from Jaypee family got support from the panel while filing the patent and there was a cash prize for the top 5 participants and certificate of participation was given to all the participants.

• I was elected as the student president of the the department of biotechnology and my roles and responsibilities included taking in-charge of the student volunteers team and building a new one. I use to handle all the treasury and the budget allocated for conducting the events. We conducted several events including - Entrepreneur workshops, awareness camps, blood donation camps, technical events, cultural events. I was also responsible for preparing the QA-SAP report and the reports for the NAAC evaluation (containing all the information about the department's activities throughout an academic session, the information like - money spent on the events, budget allocated, level of participation, what was given to the winners, etc).

• Jaypee Youth Club is the JIIT's supreme body that takes care of all the cultural/technical activities carried out during an academic session, from allocating budget for an event to a hub (there are more than 35 hubs in JIIT) to making sure that all the events are conducted under the rules and regulations set by the administration, it was our responsibility that nothing goes wrong. My primary role was to bring sponsorships for the events to keep the treasury full, so that events can be organized smoothly and there is no shortage of money whenever an event is conducted.
