• Responsible to build the product ecosystem at Canvs.in. This primarily involved building and managing the tech team involved in building the products.
• I was involved at the Brainstorming, Research, Design, Development and Maintainance phases of the products.
• The ecosystem involved a combination of a portfolio website, eCommerce Shop, online job portal and social network to make it an ecosystem for designers and artists.
• The challenge in catering products for designers was to have higher standards and taste in terms of design and implementation even for the MVP. Building a notifications system and Social Engineering concepts were also challenging parts of the journey.

• Desk wide roll out of trading systems for US Flow Credit Desk. This involved phased roll out to the IG, HY and EM desks with a new generation OMS supporting multiple ECNs. Onboarding, Feedback gathering, Fine tuning, User training, Quick fixes, Enhancement prioritisation, Statistics gathering and Deliveries were a few of the many tasks involved in each phase. This entire exercise also involved constant coordination with my primary dev team in India and my individual contributions as a developer .
• Successful and smooth Roll out to the entire trading desk and smooth transition from legacy to strategic systems was a key achievement.

• Being a part of the eCredit, Electronic Markets team, Execution Services, Global Markets IT, I am involved in and responsible to Brainstorm, Design, Develop, Test, Release, Support & Maintain IT Solutions and Systems helping Nomura to Make the Market in the Secondary Market for Bonds and CDS Indices.
• This involves Reference Data, OMS and EMS, exchanges and ECNs, market connectivities in various ways like FIX, prop. Apis etc through Gateways, Coverage Models, Algos, Positions, Analytics and Post Trade.
• This has led to exposure in various technologies, though being Server side central to all is Core Java, J2EE and Spring. Also other technologies that we come across often are Caching, Messaging, Inter Process Communications, Persistence, Testing, etc.

Using Vaadin as UI Framework. Used web services like REST ,messaging services like TIBCO and monitoring and management tolls like JMX. Worked with servers like Tomcat and Jetty.Testing Frameworks - JUnit, EasyMock, PowerMock
• Used Dev Tools like Maven, Jira, Bamboo. IDE: Eclipse, DBArtisan, Squirrel.
• Functional Knowledge of Capital Markets.
