Before starting Pentathlon, Sandeep was the Managing Director for the Global Delivery Centers of Globant in India. Sandeep is responsible for the driving the growth of Business, Capacity and Capabilities of the India Development Centers of Globant. Sandeep was the Co-Founder of Clarice Technologies which was acquired by Globant in 2015. At Clarice, Sandeep was involved in delighting customers through its unique and differentiated offering of integrated User Experience design and Cutting edge Technology Services under one umbrella to companies worldwide. Prior to founding Clarice Technologies, Sandeep was Senior Director at VERITAS / Symantec (India), where he led the Server Management Group in India. He was instrumental in setting up all-rounded teams with diverse skills sets for multiple VERITAS products like VERITAS Cluster Server, VERITAS Storage Foundation for Oracle RAC, VERITAS Provisioning manager, VERITAS Configuration manager and VERITAS Application director. During his tenure, Sandeep developed an all-rounded, strong and performing organization with diverse skill sets like development, design and architecture, QA, Test Automation, Doc writing, program management, Usability, Scalability, PM/TPM, Business analytics, etc. Prior to Symantec/VERITAS, Sandeep was part of the product development group with the software division of TELCO (later spun off as Tata Technologies). Here, he was responsible for offshore product development for clients in US. Sandeep has a B.Tech (Honours) in Electronics from Bhilai Institute of technology (1991), followed by MTech from IIT, Delhi (1993) where he was awarded the best incoming PG student.
