Requirements, exhaustively captured. I write down every single detail no assumptions left lurking. 2. Solution design. I map practical options and pick the simplest thing that works. 3. Tiny tasks, clear targets. I break the project into bite-sized subtasks with measurable milestones. 4. Feedback loops. You see frequent demos (video/sim) and we course-correct early. 5. Relentless execution. I ship on time, document clearly, and hand off cleanly (or stay on for support).
