Ritesh is an Architect with over 15 years of experience and he serves as the Head of the Digital Design Practice at AtkinsRéalis. In the aforementioned role, he is spearheading the development of scalable workflows and solutions to enable data driven project delivery. As part of the Design Transformation initiative at Atkins, the services of Information Management, Design Reuse and Design Automation have been created. I lead the Information Management Service which implements the ISO19650 on marquee projects from the bid stage, mobilization and delivery stages.
The following are the core activities which I undertake as the IM Service Lead.
Define the Information Management strategy for large multi-disciplinary projects across various
regions, sectors and typologies.
Lead the development of workflows, tools and implementation methodologies to enable data driven decision making on projects through the use of BIM.
Collaborate with a global group of stakeholders and lead a team of BIM experts to develop 4D & 5D BIM standards and processes for the organization.
Oversee and mentor a team of 20 Information Managers in implementation of ISO19650 on projects across the stages of bid, mobilization and delivery.
Formulate a training curriculum and impart training to Information Managers through a 3 stage program comprising of self learning modules, practical activities and mentored application.
Setup and develop the Information Management team to scale up delivery of the service.

The Automation and Innovation (AI) division was formulated within Atkins to conduct research and provide leadership for enabling the process of Digital Project Delivery.
