Saumya Bajaj — Founder
My journey began in a university with only one far-sighted goal to enter the profession with the sole intent to practice law, individually and in collaboration with my peers. In the past years of my career, I have worked with reputed law offices, where I gained invaluable exposure to litigation, client strategy, and the intricate workings of our legal system. Today, I am proud to run my own practice, focusing on something that truly matters—my ultimate commitment to this country, my parents and my clients, from whom I have only learned to be true to myself and the ultimate cause. My passion for justice goes beyond the courtroom. I have had the honour of serving as pro bono counsel for rape survivors, helping them reclaim their voices and navigate the path to justice. This experience has reinforced my belief that the law is not just about rules, but about real people and meaningful change. I believe that my diverse experience surely comes in handy while dealing with cases and disputes arising out of several areas, including civil, criminal, and matrimonial. My ultimate guiding principle is ensuring and extending maximum assistance to the clients. Additionally, I also work closely with schools, companies, and factories, guiding a number of managements and offices through labour disputes and ensuring compliance with evolving regulations. When it comes to EPF, ESI and related regulatory compliance, I provide straightforward consultancy and connect clients with reliable professionals, so they can focus on what matters most to their organisations. I have completed a Master’s in Corporate Laws, thus, keeping myself updated with the latest legal trends and insights. I believe in building genuine relationships with clients, colleagues, and the wider legal community. I have always been keen and ready to extend a hand to my fellow lawyer colleagues, organisations seeking pragmatic legal advice, or an individual facing a challenging situation. I am here to listen, guide, and advocate. Ultimately, together, we can create solutions that matter and build a more just and equitable world.
