• Currently driving large-scale technology initiatives at Freecharge, delivering mission-critical platforms across:
• UPI System : Built a high-throughput, low-latency system to support complete UPI workflows , covering Registration,Transactions( P2P, P2M, Recurring Mandates, UPI Lite, UPI Global and more). Architect-ed with Amazon DynamoDB, SQS, MySQL and Redis to ensure scalability, availability, compliance and real-time responsiveness
• Order Management System (OMS): A high-performance event-driven platform built using an in-house transaction framework (15 Lakh Transactions per day), with state management and a distributed task scheduler. Manages full transaction life-cycles -from payment to fulfillment. with sub-5-second processing.
• Identity & Session Management: Scaled authentication services and handled 300K TPS for Aerospike, followed by a seamless live migration to DynamoDB to support evolving performance and cost goals.
• Personal Loans & Lending Platform: Architect-ed a modular, state-driven LOS with in-house workflow orchestration that supports parallel activity execution, nested workflows, and end-to-end process definition. Designed for flexibility, scalability and robust state management at each layer.
• Financial Reconciliation Systems: Created a high-scale auto-reconciliation engine for two-way and three-way reconciliation across PG and BBPS systems. Implemented using AWS SQS, DynamoDB and Spring Batch.
• PPI Instruments: Designed a double-entry accounting system for high-TPS wallet operations. Leveraged MySQL and a custom task scheduler to meet regulatory and audit requirements.
• Own full-stack responsibility for platform scalability, system reliability, security, and regulatory compliance for high-volume, high-availability financial products.
• Currently leading a team of 80+ engineers and leaders, building multi-level management structures, mentoring senior leaders and fostering a culture of engineering excellence, ownership and high-velocity delivery.
