• I got the opportunity to visit Melbourne and setup some usability practices and training workshops for a startup. I helped them set up an entire design process revolving around user research, analytics and testing. We also conducted some real-time usability testing on the current projects, which helped us in identifying various problems in the overall product. While in India, I supported them remotely.
