 Project Description: AIRCOM OPTIMA is a network performance management and monitoring software tool.  Writing SQL and PL/SQL Codes according to the requirement of project.
 Working on ETL process.

 Coordinating with Tier 2 Support, Tier 3 Support and ATT OSS team.
 Finding Root Cause Analysis for mediations error, backlog file and re-processing them by correcting them
