• Vego is a social enterprise that aims to provide food security in St Andrews by selling plant-based meal kits. It received multiple fundings through competitive platforms for social enterprises. I spearheaded the surveys and data analysis at the initial stages and led the project team.

• Conducted market research and structured value chain reports for the Uttar Pradesh Government by strategizing the capacity building of over 100 Farmer Producer Organisations.
• Designed a technical policy analysis model for nutrition programs; recommended reforms that would impact 4 million children in Uttar Pradesh
