  • Had an Amazing opportunity to do my internship in "Caresoft Global". This Internship provided me with hands on experience on new industry Concepts and standards.
  • The first phase was in Chennai, here i learned about the different time study methods used in the industry and was assigned a project which required me to complete a time study of a Car's System using the MODAPTS code. I also got to learn to segregate the MBOM elements from the EBOM elements which is a very crucial step in doing the study.
  • The Second Phase was in Pune, Here i learned in depth about the Predetermined Motion Time System (PMTS), and how its techniques can be used to find the time taken in a manufacturing process and to reduce any wastages by making the process efficient. Was exposed to the concept of Engineered Hours Per Vehicle (eHPV), which is the time required to assemble a vehicle in the production plant, assuming all the parts for assembling a component is within a hands range. This method helps in reducing the process time and making the design of a vehicle efficient.
  • The last phase of my internship was in Coimbatore, where i observed the process of Vehicle Teardown and how it is necessary for the benchmarking process, which is the process of measuring products, services, and processes of one organization with the other, which ultimately helps the improved and more competitive products to be introduced in the market.

Computer Aided Designer & Engineer - F1 Passion Project

  • In this personal project i made my version of a formula 1 inspired car with no regulations in mind, which allowed me to experiment with multiple designs on the car's chassis and aerodynamics side. I also performed the aerodynamic analysis on the designed components, which included bodywork, front wing, rear wing, ground effect underfloor etc. in Ansys, by analyzing results of the analysis and doing further research i was able to improve on the downforce figures of the car. Through this project my knowledge on the working of an F1 car and its various aerodynamic components & principles increased immensely.

  • I have over a decade of experience in automotive design and engineering from a very young age. I took on these designs as personal projects and saw my skills grow exponentially overtime. I have designed hundreds of vehicles in all body styles, be it civilian vehicles, transport vehicles or race track cars.
  • These project are completely based on the technical and design sketches of automobiles that include various body styles like hyper cars, supercars, super saloons, SUV's, offroad vehicles, transportation design, track only hyper cars etc. All of the designs are created by keeping function in mind and each line in the sketch serves a purpose. These designs can also be converted into 3d models using professional software like Autodesk alias. These 3d models can be used for aero and structural analysis, 3d printing, car configurators, clay modeling etc.
