• At Spinny, I worked on building a pan-India shipping product that allowed customers to access inventory across cities using advanced location algorithms. This made it easier for people to find the cars they wanted, no matter where they were.
• Additionally, I revamp the Spinny Max website to create a premium experience for high-value customers and introduced features like “Notify Me” to predict demand and align with customer needs. These efforts not only boosted Spinny’s online visibility but also established its presence in the luxury car segment.

• At Park+, I was deeply involved in creating a holistic FASTag ecosystem. For those unfamiliar, FASTag is an electronic toll collection system that makes highway travel seamless by automating toll payments. I worked on everything from FASTag issuance and activation to dealer and B2C/B2B onboarding, scaling it to over 100,000 monthly transactions.
• I also built tools for corporate parking management, a dynamic SEO framework, and an insurance policy analyzer to simplify renewals.
• Each product was designed to make life easier for car owners and businesses, and it was exciting to see these solutions scale and deliver real impact.
• Key achievements include:
• FASTag Issuance: Developed a product for car dealers and managed on-ground FASTag issuance for a team of 1,000 salespeople, including a B2C app.
• FASTag Acquiring: Created a payment charging product for mall parking similar to FASTag tolls on Highways.
• SEO Strategy: Led the SEO strategy and built the base framework for dynamic pages using an in-house CMS on Strappy, increasing daily impressions from 5k to 200k.

• At Delhivery, I managed a wide range of projects that redefined logistics and supply chain operations. I introduced features like OTP-based delivery validation, which reduced fake deliveries, and built tools for appointment-based scheduling that improved customer convenience. I also worked on automating cash reconciliation for transactions worth $1.6B, streamlining financial operations.
• Another major project was developing a real-time supply chain visibility platform, giving enterprise clients the tools to better track and manage their inventory. Each project aimed to solve critical problems, and it was incredibly rewarding to see the tangible impact.

On the consumer side, I built a shopping tracker app that provided insights into user habits and saw strong adoption.
