Shipped features within a subscription programme driving $157M in annual sales — from user drop-off diagnosis to incentive redesign to launch. 2. Built a self-service KPI dashboard consolidating 50+ market datasets across 15 sprints — used daily by Unilever Indonesia's commercial teams. 3. Shipped RPA automation cutting site preparation from 60 min → under 15 min across 20 US regions for AT&T's 5G deployment Outside of that, I co-founded Elio AI — an AI video creation tool I took from problem definition to production. Multi-LLM evaluation, agentic workflow design, iterative shipping with no safety net. That kind of 0→1 ownership changes how you think about every product decision after it.
