Working across product and design to build tools that improve daily clinic workflows and create better experiences for clinic staff and pet parents.
◉ Designed a complete medical record experience within the SaaS, built editable templates, added real-time collaboration, lab result integration, invoice previews, and automated flows to make record-keeping faster, easier, and more reliable for clinics.
◉ Designed and shipped a full membership feature (for Indian clinics) from scratch, including everything from wireframes to dev handoffs for the mobile app, allowing clinics to offer and manage standard subscription plans.
◉ Simplified the UX/UI of the hospital calendar to simplify how appointment-heavy schedules are viewed, allowing vets and receptionists to find appointments more easily and save time by avoiding scheduling conflicts.
◉ Redesigned the settings section of Vet360 to help new clinics set up their systems more easily, simplifying permissions, people, and departments with fewer steps and a more intuitive flow.
◉ Balanced the design and product work, partnered with PMS on larger features (writing PRDS, planning handoffs) and oversaw a few smaller ones, coordinating the flow and coordinating with developers.
