I have over seven years of experience in customer success roles, spanning different industries and domains, such as BFSI, Automotive, and Marketing. I have helped set up and grow customer success teams, define and implement best practices, and bring visibility and accountability to the charter. I have also handled complex and high-value clients, while driving their adoption, engagement, and loyalty with our products and services. I am skilled in mentoring, problem-solving, product service, and communication. I hold a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Navrachana University, where I developed a strong foundation in technical and analytical skills.
