• Tixdo was a startup attempt to revolutionize the Ticketing industry in India. We tried hard to bring new practices to both movies and events. We failed really hard and learned a lot.

• ● Achieved 100,000 App downloads in the first month. Resulting in more than half a million tickets sold in the first three months.

• ● Transformed various marketing campaigns, mainly social media marketing, including engaging influencers, partnering with movie producers, and event platforms.

• Built a mobile-first immigration case management system. We democratized the H1b visa process by creating a marketplace where attorneys, employers, and potential immigrants can connect. The idea was not able to scale and we faced issues with monetization and failed to build an autonomous platform responding to every changing immigration need.
• ● Launched EzVsa to solve Consultadd biggest problem of legal immigration, pioneered mobile-based immigration case management initially used internally but later made the product public.
• ● Achieved more than 10,000 end users through LinkedIn marketing and technical communities. Also, attracted five attorneys and ten plus employers who were paid users of our platform
• ● Failed at creating an external product, EzVsa could not scale, and we faced issues with product monetization, adaption and faced difficulties in responding to every changing immigration need.
• ● Converted the product to use as internal case management.
