As a Talent Acquisition Manager at High Frequency Trading firm in Mumbai, I build high-performance trading and engineering teams for the HFT domain. I manage the complete candidate lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, and execute campus hiring plans for top engineering colleges. I also draft and implement employee retention programs and work closely with the co-founders and HR leaders to deliver hiring requirements. Its been 4 years in HFT recruitment. Before joining Aakraya Research I built tech team at PlusWealth since May 2023, prior to that I was a Team Lead at HuntingCube Recruitment Solutions, where I handled end-to-end recruitment for multiple startups and also led a team of six recruiters, managed client and stakeholder relationships, and utilized ATS and other tools to optimize the recruitment process.
