• Led Product Development Lifecycle across multiple project modules including Material Shift plugin, Web3D Virtual Store and XR Product Catalogue.
• Spearheaded the creation of PlugXR University, an XR-native LMS supporting Web3D and AR/VR training, resulting in 2x learner retention.
• Led a cross-functional team of 6+ cross design, development, and content to deploy immersive XR courses using Three.js, A-Frame, and PlugXR tools.
• Developed in-house WebGL tools and AR plugins, streamlining XR content creation for 70,000+ users.
• Secured academic partnerships with IITs and many other engineering institutes across India and Malaysia, leading to 5+ MoUs and 1000+ student signups organically.
• Built and led development of a 40-hour immersive XR curriculum using Three.js, WebXR, and A-Frame, hosted on a custom LMS platform.
