Hola, keep reading. I’m a product enthusiast and ex-founder who built and scaled products. Currently working as a VP of product at Qube Health. Here I'm leading the product and building a payment platform to make healthcare payments easier and smarter. I have been a generalist throughout my journey, working in different domains and roles. Starting from the supply chain to agritech, and fintech until I found my passion to build and scale products. These experiences built a high product and design sense in me, empathy towards the user’s problem, and lastly, taught me the art of creating strategies and managing senior stakeholders. Also, from a product front; solving for adoption/activation is my superpower.   • Eatganic is an agri-fin startup, revolutionizing lending to farmers who have no credit history. They were trying to solve the problem that farmers have no access to easy and formal credit due to a lack of credit scores, data, records on the system, and of awareness about finance. The challenge was to build and launch for farmers and we had to solve for trust and discovery. Based on 100s of user calls and a lot of iterations, built 2 features, and that helped to land the first 1k users. The product and feature were built in a way to collect information from farmers and to lend money based on that. The lending was successfully started with core users and they become our spoke-persons. We utilized these core users as referral channels and solved for trust and discovery.

  • AV (Aarya Ventures) is established to promote organic farming by manufacturing world-class organic fertilizers for farmers. I have built the company from zero to one. Developed & executed growth strategies and collaborations that scaled the organization’s revenue from zero to 1 core in 3 years. Also established a D2C business model along with B2B2C which later contributed 40% of the total sales of the company. To enable the D2C presence I built a full-fledged e-commerce website and ensured the retention of users. In this role, I was leading the setup of a production unit, distribution channels, and product placement. Moreover to reduce cost I had to optimize production, supply chain & distribution, and that reduced cost by 20%. During these years we have successfully developed & launched 5 products based on user research.
