Parfait TOKE — Co-Founder
I'm Parfait TOKE, a passionate web and mobile application developer with over five years of experience in software development. I hold a degree in Maintenance and Computer Networks from École Polytechnique de Lomé (EPL). I currently serve as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at CABALOU, a Gabonese company focused on housing solutions. I am also the co-founder and project manager of Laitify, a startup that leverages technology to improve milk production. Laitify won first place in a national startup challenge and represented Togo at GITEX Africa 2025 in Morocco. I developed MIABE CAMPUS, a mobile app designed to improve student life at the University of Lomé. It helps students navigate the campus, especially during exams, and offers practical features such as the university restaurant menu and bus schedules. This project earned second place at the Togo Digital Awards 2024 in the “Best Innovation of the Year” category and was officially recognized by the University of Lomé with a trophy and certificate of appreciation. Deeply committed to student success and community impact, I serve as the Program Manager of the Tech Communities Club (TCC), an initiative by Hyver Organization that creates tech clubs in universities to connect students with developer communities, internships, and job opportunities. Through this role, I mentor students, foster collaborations, and help bridge the gap between academia and the professional tech world. I also frequently share insights to help young people transition more easily into professional life. I am the author of the book “Un pied à l'école, un pied sur LinkedIn”, a guide that helps students build a strong professional network on LinkedIn from their early academic years. As a community builder, I co-founded Python Togo and founded several other tech communities, including Night Coding, Laravel Togo, and 228 Tech English Club, all aimed at strengthening the local tech ecosystem. Since September 2022, I have grown a network of over 28,000 followers on LinkedIn, which has become a valuable platform for partnerships, collaborations, and impactful projects.
