• Prioritized backlog reduction by developing Codex which brought down ticket count from 4000 tickets to 1000 by using ElasticSearch to search existing repositories to help with reusability
• Presented and developed a smart routing and learning application which brought up customer satisfaction rating from 3.76 to 4.91. This allowed the best suited associates to pick up tickets based on their domain proficiency.
• Architected the data analysis project of a major LA based hospital to help cancer researchers understand why patients do not show up for their chemo appointments and how to improve patient care, which resulted in increased footfall of patients by over 27% and patient care by 31%

• Developed a productivity tracker. Earlier, Navigator SOAP requests were used to download data and assimilate productivity information in excel. Saving each manager’s time by 15 hours per week.
• Consolidated multiple collection sources of data by aggregating data into one custom ETL module to transform data into different formats based on hospital-defined configurations and load into the Cerner's databases. Decreasing hospital's manual work by 35% and helping DSS teams take better data-driven decisions.
• Built a backend system which helps the registration team in on-boarding new hospitals into Cerner’s system. Saving over 170 hours per hospital by eliminating manual entries.
