I’ve always been a people person. As an IT recruiter, I get to talk to a lot of brilliant minds every day and love the challenge of persuasion and convincing them to join us. I’ve learned that effective communication is at the core of any successful leader and business. For me, this is the most fulfilling job that I could have asked for. I get a chance to change people's lives and also make an impact in setting the culture of the company by hiring the right talent. One of the best feelings being a recruiter is when you hear candidates enthusiastic “YES” to your offer and the only thing which is more satisfying is seeing them succeed and do great things. I am always responsive and transparent. If I do not have feedback, I will communicate that I have no news, and If it is negative then also you will hear from me. I hang out with a lot of tech nerds. I tried to pick up programming (Python) but this isn't something that I would pursue as my career. I am actively involved in organizing the local Pune Kubernetes Meetup. I attend a lot of meetups and happen to know a lot of people from my industry who are open-source enthusiasts.
