I’m Khyati Bhatt. An award-winning body language specialist, CXO coach, and corporate trainer with over a decade of experience working closely with leaders and leadership teams. I’m the founder of Simply Body Talk, one of the early firms in India to specialise exclusively in nonverbal communication. Through this work, I partner with CXOs and senior leadership teams to strengthen emotional intelligence, decode nonverbal behaviour, and lead more effectively in complex, high-stakes environments. Our programs have supported Fortune 500 organisations in improving collaboration, decision-making, and customer experience. Over the years, I’ve worked with senior leaders from organisations such as Google, Deloitte, Discovery, Adani, Capgemini, Wipro, Panasonic, as well as elite units from the Indian military. Beyond training rooms, I often work alongside leadership teams as an external observer - offering perspective during sensitive negotiations, investigations, and people-critical processes such as onboarding and succession. This proximity to real-world leadership dynamics keeps my work practical, grounded, and relevant. I’m also the founder and strategist behind CueKids, a venture focused on building confidence, awareness, and social intelligence in children through nonverbal communication. Through a growing international franchise network, CueKids works with children across countries, helping them develop essential life skills early. In parallel, I lead SBT Academy, a structured learning and training platform focused on building communication and body language skills for students, young professionals, and educators. The Academy brings together curriculum design, learning tools, and faculty development to make these skills teachable and scalable. Across Simply Body Talk, CueKids, and SBT Academy, my work is driven by a strong belief that people skills - especially nonverbal communication - are becoming must-have skills for the future of work and life. This belief is what guides my efforts to build awareness, capability, and access to these skills across age groups and contexts. My perspectives on leadership behaviour and changing social dynamics have been featured in media outlets such as The Economic Times, Deccan Herald, and Dainik Jagran. I’ve also been recognised with national and international awards for business excellence.
