• I have recently joined Rurux Technologies as an HR Executive, where my role gives me the opportunity to work across different areas of HR. From handling end-to-end recruitment and ensuring smooth onboarding, to managing payroll and supporting day-to-day employee needs, I get to be involved in every part of the HR process.
• I also contribute to planning, employee engagement, and training initiatives, helping to create a positive and productive workplace. My focus is on building strong connections, supporting both the team and the organization, and making sure processes run smoothly while people feel valued.
