• Created a Takt Tracker as a solution to monitor compliance of Takt time in Lean Manufacturing based on extensive use of first hand observations on the shop floor.
• The application was created on the Predix IoT platform by GE and provided operators a visual aid to monitor their compliance to Takt time.
• The tool acted as a predictive tool by signaling to the operator at what stage of the assembly process he/she should be at a particular instant of time during a shift, which improved compliance to Takt time on the moving line for X-Ray component manufacting.

• This project involved transition from Matlab implementation to TensorFlow. The Neural Network worked to determine the probability of Alzheimer's Disease on test subjects for clinical trials
• Improved the problem statement for the research project through meetings and interviews with various research scientists at the WARDC and patients undergoing treatment for Alzheimer's Disease.
