👋 Hey there, my name is Ananya and I’m not your usual recruiter. I’m an engineering student turned recruiter, or as I like to call myself, "the notjustrecruiter recruiter". 🎓 My journey began while I was still in college, where I was passionate about building a strong student community. I strived to provide training and opportunities in various domains to help students leverage their career. 💻 As a freelancer, I worked with several organizations to expand and strengthen my community, before joining ShareChat and CRED. At both these companies, I worked in tech recruitment while also leading a team. 🚀 I have been part of the 1% Club. I joined from the ground up and helped set up the organizational structure and now currently setting APAC regions at Abnormal AI.
