• Led the design, growth, and execution of the PL Dev Guild — an open-source contributor accelerator backed by Protocol Labs. Spearheaded operations across multiple cohorts while driving strategic improvements to contributor engagement, community onboarding, partner collaboration, and impact delivery.

• Designed and implemented structured contributor journeys across Cohorts 0 to 4, resulting in increased engagement, reduced drop-offs, and improved program outcomes.
• Built and executed PLDG’s go-to-market strategy across Discord, Twitter, newsletters, community partnerships, and IRL events (e.g., Filecoin Dev Summit at Devcon Bangkok), helping scale quality applications from top-tier OSS developers globally.
• Created and managed the contributor evaluation and grant disbursement framework using quantifiable metrics across GitHub PRs, weekly engagement forms, AMAs, and community participation.
• Led partner integrations with tech teams like Open Source Observer, and designed onboarding documentation to align contributor output with real-world open-source project needs.
• Produced and analyzed contributor feedback across all cohorts to iterate on program timelines, communication workflows, and community-building initiatives.
• Organized and hosted program-wide showcases, speed networking events, AMAs, and bootcamps to onboard contributors into the Filecoin/IPFS ecosystem.
• Built PLDG’s internal dashboards, Airtable CRMs, Notion resource hubs, and Discord server structure from scratch, streamlining all program operations.
• Represented PLDG externally via cold outreach, ecosystem partnerships, and developer community activation strategies to attract global talent and ecosystem visibility.
