About

Since 2012, my mission has been to democratize access to innovation. For over a decade, I’ve worked to level the playing field for startups across the CEE region, helping lay the foundations of Poland’s innovation ecosystem. This gave me the opportunity to exchange know‑how with peers from other innovation hubs around the world and to understand the perspectives of all stakeholders across the innovation landscape. In 2022, I began experimenting with digital twin technology and AI. That’s how www.Campus.AI was born: a virtual campus designed to teach essential Human+AI skills so everyone can benefit from this new era. CampusAI’s success in Poland pushed us further. Together with our community, we began co-creating new modules and set a bold long-term vision for www.District.org - a modular, virtual local ecosystem to empower local comunities and makre positive impact. We’re on a global growth path and looking for local leaders, investors, and proactive people who want to join me on this venture. Learn more at www.AureliuszGorski.com.

Campusai poland

Founder & CEO

Dec 2022 – Present · 3 yrs 4 mos · Poland

  • The release of generative-AI tools convinced me that non-technical professionals would need new skills to collaborate effectively with AI. I partnered with researchers Prof. Aleksandra Przegalinska and Prof. Dariusz Jemielniak to develop the Human+AI™ Collaboration Framework and launched Me+AI®, an avatar-based learning program helping individuals use AI responsibly and productively. Within a month, over 1,000 people purchased lifetime access. Building on that success, we introduced Team+AI®, a methodology that helps organizations redesign workflows so that humans and AI systems operate as integrated partners. These programs became the foundation of CampusAI, a science-backed platform that combines learning with our proprietary AI-driven Virtual Twin engine—a simulation technology that mirrors real organizations and universities to personalize learning, track competence growth, and simulate AI-team collaboration in real time. Unlike typical online courses, CampusAI functions as a living ecosystem where every learner, enterprise, and university can build its own AI-ready digital twin. As Founder & CEO, I scaled CampusAI from 1 to 40 team members, achieved product-market fit, and earned recognition as one of Poland’s top startups - Top 5 in Poland (My Company Polska 2024) and Top 20 worldwide (TechCrunch Disrupt 2025). TechCrunch described CampusAI as “an educational platform focused on making learning accessible to everyday people.” We’ve validated our business model - $2.5 M ARR in year 2, 35,000 users, 70+ enterprise clients - and are now preparing for global expansion in 2026, starting with English-, Spanish- and Polish-speaking markets.

Aug 2015 – Dec 2022 · 7 yrs 4 mos

  • I played a key role in bringing the Cambridge Innovation Center (CIC) brand to Poland, initially joining as a consultant and quickly becoming part of CIC’s global leadership team. I led the establishment of CIC Poland and spearheaded the development of CIC Warsaw—a 10,000 sqm innovation center in the Varso Complex designed to foster local and international innovation. I helped secure $58 million in local investment for its construction and oversaw the project’s design and launch. To grow the ecosystem, I initiated over 10 innovation programs that built Warsaw’s largest startup community and established the city’s first free coworking and event zone, attracting more than 120,000 visitors annually. I also co-founded Venture CafĂ© Warsaw, which launched Thursday Gatherings—now Poland’s largest weekly meetup for innovators, drawing over 15,000 participants per year and creating a lasting platform for knowledge exchange and collaboration.
