• Tower with G+9 floors with multiple level Terrace gardens, Coffee lounge, Tea Shop, Gourmet Market, Ball Rooms with Pre-functions, Business Centre cum Library, SPA / GYM and Presidential suite. The scope involved as design coordination undertaking balance package for the projects like Public areas (Gourmet Market, SPA / GYM, swimming pool, Landscape, Banquet Hall) & other typologies of the rooms. This involved coordination with Edition US team for all approvals.
• Rakh Bagh, City Park Ludhiana (13 Acres)- Ameliorating City Park at Ludhiana, Punjab, India request by Govt of Punjab. Hero Group agreed for the up-liftment. The scope being in-house architect, it was suggested to provide preliminary concept by me & further as suggested by me, to be taken up as design + built from contractors, under my review.
• Skill Center, training center at Ludhiana- A PPP model framed by Govt of Punjab & a society headed by Hero Group, required to built center for training of unemployed youth at city. The scope being in-house architect, it was suggested to provide preliminary concept by me & further as suggested by me, to be taken up as design + built from contractors, under my review.
• Exports Production Centre at Bangladesh. The scope was to review different site and suggest best feasibility in terms of port / land both route from the site. This is under progress.
• Hero Corporate office, spread on 27500 super built area at Two Horizon center, Gurugram. Project management right from concept till handing over of the project was scope given by Promoters.

• First Fairmont (Five star property) in Jaipur, India.
• High end office with reestablishment of furniture mart (displaced due to metro link through their existing market).
• Commerical Tower at KG Marg, New Delhi. Tower with three level automated car parking system and G+8 storied.
• 17 Acres Township at New Delhi.
• 33 Acres Township at Ghaziabad, Upper Pradesh.
• Ensure value management of a project in terms of architecture / structure / MEP / facility.
• Ensure development of design matrix's to control timely deliverable from consultants.
• Keep close track between submission made by different consultants & highlight earliest if any deviation from the Design Intend is being requested for.
• Sign off each stage of consultants.
• Additionally, Masters have started DESIGN STUDIO at east region and I have been given opportunity to expand the same in North region.
• Right now having lots of business development activities for our Studio.
• We shall offer complete design packages, with or without Architectural concept. Which would make our company as single stop solutions for various types of clients.
• Feasibility of 5000 square feet plot at Kota for Residential product. (recent development)
• Technical Audit of 5 star Hotel- Radisson Kolkata, Masters got the project after submission of the report.
• Fit-out assignment for PizzaExpress awarded to Masters. I shall be accounts Manager for the assignment and shall follow another two stores within NCR. We have been assigned as Project Managers and Quantity Survivors.

• Five Star Hotel- J W Marriott. (Marriott in India took home three out of four awards in the “Hotels of the Year 2014” awards at the recently held 10th Edition of HICSA 2014, the premier hospitality event organised by consultancy firm HVS,in Mumbai. Marriott was awarded the “Best Luxury Hotel Opening”for the new JW Marriott, New Delhi Aerocity)
• Entrance Lobby, Reception Area, Guest Lift Lobbies and Lift Car Details, Great Room and Library Bar, Pre-function and Ballroom, pre-function and Meeting Rooms, Public Toilets, Business Centre, Executive Lounge, SPA, Suites, ADD + 1st Specialty and 2nd Specialty Restaurant with a separate commercial block.
• Overall scope was design management with both international and Indian consultants.
• Operator Marriott recommended not to appoint security and life safety consultant (internal tem for each discipline were available), hence lead coordination between Marriott team and assisted in preparing tenders with cost comparisons. Tender comprised of blast films, bollards, access control system, barriers with high values for force intrusion.

• National Press Centre, New Delhi : Design of MEP spaces along facade package.
