Hybrid Android Application Development
Developed three android applications extensively using Ionic 3 and Angular4 from scratch, which served the purpose of scanning different items for the internal team users
Rest API Development (Micro Services)
Developed multiple Rest APIs using Springboot integrated with postgress database using JPA
repositories. All these Rest APIs were built from ground up with automated unit and integration test cases. Creation or changes of tables of database was done using liquibase. To support rest apis build multiple java libraries, prominent ones are exception library – which used to generate prometheus metrics and exception handling of custom errors
GraphQL API Development
Built a GraphQL layer from ground up, that acted as an aggregator as well as an application service with the objective of fetching minimalistic data to be consumed on front-end. This GraphQL layer was productionized within 3 months of development with metrics(prom-client), logging(bunyan), monitoring(grafana)
Integration Layer Development
Developed using Camel in Groovy/Java, the integration layer performed tasks right from data
consumption (using Apache Kafka), transformation to persistence. Used Camel-Kafka library to connect Apache Kafka to act as Consumer and Producer
Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery
Drone pipeline implementation which served as trigger that executed whenever a piece of code was checked in. Also, Automated Deployment of containerized(Docker) apis/integration components in Kubernetes
Monitoring and Alerting
Built monitoring and alerting system using Prometheus and visualization done using Grafana. It had technical – different exceptions happening while calling 3rd party apis and business monitoring
