Directed a five-tier core team of 100+ individuals pre fest, overseeing sponsorship, marketing, promotions, and tech for seamless event planning. Led a six-tier team of 500+ individuals, coordinating the execution of 100+ events, including security, artist management, hospitality, and travel logistics during the three day fest. Managed a ₹1.8 crore budget, ensuring a successful experience for 3400+ participants across three days.
