• In the Talent Partnerships team, I managed the execution of large-scale partnership programs through the Andela Learning Community (ALC) — a flagship initiative providing resources and mentorship to aspiring technologists across Africa. • The Andela Android Learning Community is a program created to onboard and equip thousands of young aspiring beginners and intermediate developers with the exact skill to make them world class developer by sponsoring them to take the Android Development Course on Udacity.com with an offline spark of meet-ups and peer learning activity.
• In this role, I worked with the program managers to achieve the above mission by organising the entire region to hold meet up bi-weekly in all Local governments in states. I worked closely with other Program Assistant and facilitators in the regions to see that about 2,500 participants are carried along and updated as changes in the program occur. Handling and approving budgets for meetups. Being in constant touch with facilitators. Strategize and develop methods for the team by staying current on industry standards and best practices; providing support for ongoing programming and training.

• As an intern i worked closely with the Infomation Technology support team and other inters . Some of the skills gained are computer network trouble shooting,configuration and installation of soft wares,preventive maintenance etc
