• Contributed to the change and release process from both strategic and technical perspectives ensuring adherence to business objectives & regulatory requirements. Singlehandedly implemented the CRM process in Jira and delivered a robust mechanism to ensure adherence to the process. This solution integrated with CICD Jenkins pipelines, quality gates, test result reporting, and GitHub.
• Designed and implemented the support and implementation team workflows to fit into the CRM process, providing the business with an end-to-end view of customer integration, statuses, and related work such as support tickets, bugs, and feature requests.
