• Worked on the acclaimed VASTERN (Visual Analysis of Structure Energy Relations in Nucleic acids) in the base pair finder wing.
• Abstract: Prediction and Analysis of Non-Canonical base-pairs in RNA. In this project we analyzed the possibilities of base-pairing in RNA, both theoretically and energetically. We came up with a set of programs to superimpose structures, the scoop out information from huge log files, and a database containing all our results.
