Mr. Paras Yadav holds a BA LLB specialization in Criminology and Gender Justice laws from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, New Delhi. In his advocacy, he has been dealing with Juvenile delinquency cases in prisons of Delhi/ NCR. Further he has completed his higher studies (Masters in Law) from Amity University, Noida in the specialization of Criminal Laws. He has secured the position of gold medalist in his college i.e (Delhi Metropolitan Education, Noida) approved by IP University. Being passionate and driven in the field of law he has participated in various moot court competitions, trial advocacy and MUN’s. Additionally, he has experience of working in supreme court and various district courts of Delhi. Paras also holds academic experience and has taught Ishan Law College where he has dealt with drafting and pleading criminal procedure code and history subjects for Law students. At IILM, Paras teaches subjects such as Business law, contract law and legal & constitutional history. He is keenly interested in criminal laws, civil laws and family laws. Further he had contributed in various conference and seminars on emerging issues like LGBTQA+ community, rape laws, equal divorce rights, women empowerment and gender equality. Currently he is pursuing a Doctorate Degree from IILM University.
