• At Squad we are building the futuristic work automation platform which leverages humans and AI.
• Created the Omni-channel Outreach Engine:
• As the part of the engineering team, I created the first implementation of our omnichannel outreach engine which scaled to serve over 100,000 leads per day.
• Implemented some core modules like compliance, telephony, and integrations:
• I also spent a fair amount of time implementing some core modules like compliance, integrations, and telephony which are used across the platform.
• Scaling the messaging infrastructure:
• The messaging infrastructure acts as the backbone for the processing of near-real-time events. We scaled and revamped the messaging infrastructure at Squad to be ready for better visibility and load handling.
• Database archival:
• With scale comes storage problems. Very soon you will realize that the single data store won't suffice.
• We solved this by archiving the data that's not needed in the operational access patterns into lowered tiered storage and providing alternate ways to access that for analytical purposes.
