  • As a Recruiter for the Intuit India Product development teams, my responsibilities encompass a wide range of tasks. One of my key roles is to prepare a comprehensive high-level hiring plan, which involves conducting Hiring Plan meetings, devising strategies, executing the hiring process, and effectively managing resources. In this capacity, I am responsible for recruiting Software Engineers across various levels, including SE2, SSE, Staff, and Senior Staff, covering diverse specializations such as backend, front end, full-stack, Desktop, and Oracle apps.
  • I maintain a high level of interaction with multiple hiring managers and business group leaders, serving as the primary point of contact for open requisitions. It is essential for me to establish strong relationships and ensure effective communication throughout the recruitment process. To facilitate smooth progress and transparency, I create a regular channel of reporting through a real-time pipeline tracker and conduct bi-weekly focus catch-ups with managers and the director.
  • Furthermore, I prioritize providing a positive candidate experience by setting clear role expectations during the selection process. This includes understanding the candidate's genuine interests and experiences while also emphasizing Intuit's branding. I believe in upholding the company's reputation and ensuring that candidates have a favorable impression throughout their interactions with us.
