I'm Katharina and I'm a Talent Attraction Manager at Siemens. I started my career in Talent Acquisition, recruiting for technical sales, project management, and engineering roles. That experience taught me that great hiring is really about understanding people and building trust. Today, I focus on talent strategy, employer branding, and workforce development. I'm also creating content for the new Instagram channel @lifeatsiemens, where I get to bring our culture to life through authentic, human stories. I'm motivated by three things: building something that lasts, helping others succeed, and creating moments where talent and opportunity meet.
