Hello! I’m Spandan Pankaj Patil, currently pursuing a Master’s in Computer Science at New York University’s Graduate School of Arts and Science (GSAS). Before embarking on this academic journey, I earned a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical Engineering from NIT Jaipur in June 2022. Prior to my current role, I gained two years of experience as a Data Scientist at Micron Technology in Hyderabad, where I had the opportunity to work hands-on with Google’s Gemini model. Before that, I interned at two startups, Aspiro and Blunav Technologies, as an AI and ML specialist. Additionally, I have published two international research papers and one national research poster in the fields of Social Network Analysis and AI. Owing to my work experience and research work, I have gained in-depth knowledge in Generative AI, Social Network Analysis, Data Science, Computer Vision, Web Development, Object-Oriented Programming, and Data Structures. I have a solid background in Python, Java, NLP and CV algorithms, React, SQL, and cloud platforms like GCP and AWS, which has empowered me to lead successful projects. I excel in vigorous environments where I can collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions. I am always seeking opportunities to advance both professionally and personally. Currently, I am developing cutting-edge software solutions that address real-world challenges. I believe AI holds immense potential to transform industries by revolutionizing healthcare diagnostics, predicting and mitigating climate change, optimizing transportation and agriculture, and beyond. My goal is to deepen my expertise in emerging technologies and ultimately create innovative solutions that make a significant impact in the industry.
