  • On July 5th 2016, I launched my first company, a commercial cleaning franchise. Within a year, the franchise was considered a model startup among the Office Pride organization. I was asked to speak with potential franchisees and share our story. Much of this recognition came from the fact that we built one of the fastest growing franchises in the system. Not only did we grow, but we sustained our growth through the implementation of systems and quality control. By the end of the first year, we had a 20-member team serving 40 accounts across Fredericksburg, VA.
  • Wanting to use my experience to join a fast-growth software company, I sold my business, and it is still running strong today.
