• Enrollment Redesign - Architected redesign of enrollment, leading development team of 4 members. Co-ordinated with Business and Product teams to gather requirements.

• Decommission of legacy system and tech stack
• Enhancement of customer workflow keeping user experience in mind
• Integration of new features, such as Device Registration, Autologin, eDelivery Preference etc
• This delivery resulted in:
• Reduction of Customer Service Center call volumes from an average of 60/day to 15/day
• Reduction of dropout rate of clients going through the workflow by 18%
• Strategic Enrollment and Entitlement Project (SEE) - Worked on different phases of Wealth Management clients data model migration which includes:
• Direct database dependency removal across Morgan Stanley Wealth Management applications
• Aligning entitlement applications with centralized data access service
• Migrating to party model, which in turn helped to streamline user data across Wealth Management customer facing product of Morgan Stanley.
• This helped reduce tech debt of multiple teams.

• Major Accomplishments:
• Service Availability - Built tool which allows Application Support Group to facilitate planned functional rollouts and unplanned outages across various Morgan Stanley Wealth Management services (eg. Trading, Transfers, BillPay etc). Also provides option to whitelist test users against predefined service outage, which in turn support testing in case of new feature roll out.
• Username and Password Policy - Created centralised service to enforce uniform Username and Password Policy across Morgan Stanley Wealth Management Platform based on Firm’s Latest Security Guidelines. Also designed and implemented strength calculator which determines entropy of a password and filters it based on possibility of dictionary attack, keyboard sequence attack etc. This calculator is being adopted by MS Stock Plan Connect and Wealth Management Client facing portal with with ~380K user base and ~2M active user base respectively.
• Business Approval Workflow: Implemented Financial Advisor approval step for creation or modification of critical data of client users via Customer Service Centres to enhance security and reduce the risk of human error.
• Mitek Project - Implemented solution to allow account approval process without manual intervention to Client and Prospect Wealth Management Users in the cases of document information mismatch.

• Worked on several deliverables in Morgan Stanley Online project, such as Performance Enhancement of Wealth Management Client facing portal using Grunt: Javascript Task Runner which resulted in reduction of website load time by 16%, Implemented Cache Busting solution, Enrollment Efficiency Enhancement: Reduced user creation response time by ~60 sec impacting 13% of ~1000 enrollments/day, Symantec Device Registration cost optimization, maintaining applications and onboarding new business requirements etc

• Website Status Engine - Created an engine for End to End Automation Testing for Wealth Management Client facing portal which runs at regular intervals of time, sending consolidated status reports to ensure stability of non production environments.
• This delivery resulted in:
• Early detection of issues, reducing downtime of environments
• Improve effectiveness of development and testing teams
• Key Features:
• Validates various business scenarios against expected client behaviour using browser automation and performing required data setup.
• Validates dependency connectivity status: Database/External Service connections.
