About

I am currently working at LinkedIn in the DARWIN team under core engineering. I was previously a tech lead in InMobi's Customer Data Platform team. I got the chance to work on various aspects of a large scale data platform like ingestion, compliance, cost optimization, data replication, serving, segmentation and lookalike modeling. I started my career at Goldman Sachs, building machine learning pipelines and models in the problems areas of anomaly detection and time series forecasting. These models replaced rule based monitoring in the production environment, reducing mean time to resolve(MTTR) and cost. I also got to build data pipelines for offline and realtime processing of data, using the Hadoop Big Data Stack. As a student at Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, I co-founded Kharagpur Data Analytics Group which aims at providing students the chance to solve industrial problem statements in Data Science, Natural Language Processing and Mathematical Modelling, making it first of its kind student research group in India. I have experience in the field of deep learning, having worked on novel convolutional neural networks to solve image segmentation problems.
